When Jacksonville University built their new $1.8 million Jacksonville Lacrosse Center, the coaches and other project stakeholders knew an orderly space was critical to their team’s success, so they hired Legends Custom Lockers for custom-designed lockers that help athletes get organized.
“This project wasn’t about having the next great facility,” Athletic Director Alex Ricker-Gilbert said in an interview.
“This project was about a group of committed people in our community and within our lacrosse family who wanted to better the experience of our student-athletes. This facility is for our students.”

When East Carolina University revamped the football team’s locker room, they hired Legends Custom Lockers to create a space that would meet all their organizational needs while also fostering team spirit. The 4,291-square foot renovation project included 125 custom-made lockers made of natural finish wood veneer and solid wood edges, a large centered in-laid Pirate head logo, and a walled-mural which contains Coach Holtz’ yearly-themed slogans.
“It was unbelievable,” head coach Scottie Montgomery said. “The transformation, not only how nice and detailed it is, but the usage of space. I think (the players) thought they were going to come into another cramped situation, but it’s just beautiful.”
